The way we see it
This villa runs on sunlight: solar panels above, white sand below. Five bedrooms, glass where walls would usually be, and the sea close enough to hear from bed. It shares a wall with the Beachfront Villa, and the two houses together are how we host the big family reunions: one estate, two kitchens, twenty-two beds.
Why we recommend it
Direct beach access and a private beach club for ten guests are rare on this coast; with this much light, on a solar house that still runs cold drinks and cool rooms, rarer still. We recommend it to groups who want their own loungers and pool a few steps from the sea.
What you'll experience
Days here are simple on purpose: swim, read, eat, repeat, with the marina and restaurants of Puerto Aventuras minutes away when the group wants noise. We handle chef nights, boat days and the airport runs around it.
