Bookings & payments
- Your booking is confirmed when we receive the deposit stated in your quote and send you the written confirmation.
- The deposit, the balance date and the payment method are set in each quote: they vary by service and season.
- Change and cancellation conditions are specific to each service, and we send them to you in writing before payment binds you.
- Our private transfers: a 50% deposit confirms the booking and you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before.

- Prices are shown in the currency in which each service is quoted. We work in MXN and USD. If you prefer to pay in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate is confirmed in your quote before payment.
- Your quote shows a closed total for each accepted payment method (bank transfer, or card through a secure link), taxes included. You pay the total of the method you choose; nothing is added at payment.
- The exact amount, currency and payment method are always confirmed in writing before you pay.

- Cash in Mexican pesos or US dollars, where the service allows it. Your quote says which methods apply.

Transport
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering cancellations, medical assistance and unexpected travel interruptions.

- Private transportation operates exclusively under reservation.
- Waiting time, tolls, parking and additional stops are itemized with your route quote.

48 to 72 hours is usually enough for most services. Boats, weddings and events: two weeks or more. Availability is confirmed when we quote.

Yes. The planning carries a planning fee, published by plan and starting at USD 150, so you know it before we begin. The first 15-minute call is free. With Tailored Stay, USD 135 of your planning fee becomes credit for your trip when you book USD 5,000 or more with us within 30 days of receiving your proposal; with Full Planning, it is USD 360 when you book USD 9,000 or more. Essential Planning does not include trip credit. Booking services on their own never requires a planning fee.
Yes. We host in English and Spanish, with bilingual guides on every experience that calls for one.
Community Concierge Your Trip Designer S.A. de C.V., with domicile in Puerto Aventuras, Quintana Roo, México, is responsible for the personal data you share through this site (name, email, phone, travel dates). We use it exclusively to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and coordinate the services you request. We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond the providers strictly necessary to deliver your services.
