- A 50% required deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due before the service.
- Cancel 48+ hours ahead and receive a full refund.

- Within 48 hours of the service, the reservation is final.
- Prices are shown in the currency each service is operated in: Mexican Pesos for our local services and experiences, US Dollars for yachts, stays and selected partners.
- Paying in US cash for a service priced in pesos? We apply our posted cash rate for the day you pay, updated daily below.

- Card, PayPal & Wise payments carry a 6% processing fee, always shown before we send the payment link.
- The exact amount, currency and payment method are always confirmed in writing before you pay.

Transport
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering cancellations, medical assistance and unexpected travel interruptions.
- Airport arrivals include flight monitoring.
- Private transportation operates exclusively under reservation.
- Waiting time, tolls, parking and additional stops are itemized with your route quote.

Community Concierge Your Trip Designer S.A. de C.V., with domicile in Puerto Aventuras, Quintana Roo, México, is responsible for the personal data you share through this site (name, email, phone, travel dates). We use it exclusively to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and coordinate the services you request. We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond the providers strictly necessary to deliver your services.
