We get to know each other
A complimentary 15-minute call to learn who is traveling and what matters most to you.
We define the scope
We confirm what you need from us and which plan fits. The planning fee is paid before design begins and is non-refundable.
We build the proposal
We research, select and organize every detail. Up to three rounds of adjustments are included to fine-tune it.
We make it happen
Once the proposal is approved, we book and coordinate the services you choose. Each one is quoted and paid separately.

The earlier we start, the more options we'll have, especially during high season and on popular dates. If your trip is coming up soon, we can still work with what's available and build the best possible plan.
We review the whole scope and, if it matches another plan, we requote it and charge the difference.
It depends on the plan. With Tailored Stay, USD 135 of your planning fee becomes credit for your trip when you book USD 5,000 or more with us within 30 days of receiving your proposal. With Full Planning, it is USD 360 when you book USD 9,000 or more within those same 30 days. Essential Planning does not include trip credit.
