- Pick-up time and place, for the trip back to the airport
- Number of adults
- Number of children, and if you need a car seat or booster
- Any extra stop (a supermarket on the way, for example)
- A luxury vehicle, if you’d like one
- Any special touch: a welcome kit, a celebration
