How you can use it
- Airport arrivals and departures. At Cancún International Airport (CUN). At Tulum International Airport (TQO), subject to route and vehicle confirmation.
- Private transfers. From your hotel or villa to wherever you are going, one way or round trip.
- By the hour. The limousine and your chauffeur for an evening, an afternoon or a set number of hours.
- Dinners and celebrations. An arrival at the restaurant, a birthday, an anniversary or a proposal.
- Weddings and special occasions. For the couple, the family or a few guests, timed to the plan of the day.
- Private itineraries. A custom route through Cancún and the Riviera Maya, when the route and timing allow.
Access planning
Due to the length and ground clearance of limousine vehicles, access to certain villas, private roads, narrow streets or unpaved areas may require prior review. Your Trip Designer will confirm the most suitable pickup or arrival point before your service.
Travelling with luggage?
Passenger capacity varies depending on the number and size of suitcases. For airport transfers, we’ll review your group and luggage before confirming the vehicle. Additional luggage transportation may be required for larger loads.

Often yes, and we always check first. Some villas, private roads, narrow streets and unpaved areas need a review because of the length and ground clearance of the vehicle. We confirm the most suitable pickup or arrival point before your service.
It depends on the limousine and on the number and size of the suitcases. Tell us how many people are traveling and how many bags you have, and we confirm the right vehicle. For larger loads we can coordinate additional luggage transportation.
