A small Maya archaeological zone between jungle and inlet, coming soon with Community Concierge.

The way we see it

Steps from the famous lagoon, the quiet Xel-Há archaeological zone is being readied to receive visitors: an ancient port of the Maya world, small and largely unvisited.

We're watching the opening closely; the guests who see a site in its first season get something later crowds never do.

Why we recommend it

First seasons are a collector's item: fresh paths, empty platforms, guides still excited. When this one opens, we want our guests there early, that's what the notify list is for.

What you'll experience

For now: the promise. When it opens: a small port city between jungle and inlet, an easy walk, and the lagoon a stone's throw away for the swim after.
