The way we see it
Tankah is the quiet stretch of Tulum, a bay the crowds drive past on their way to the hotel zone. TuluMar sits right on that sand, and the first thing guests do is climb to the rooftop to understand where they've landed.
This is the house we book for groups that want Tulum without negotiating with Tulum: dinner scene twenty minutes away when you want it, and a silent bay the rest of the time.
Why we recommend it
Eighteen people under one roof usually means someone sleeps on a sofa. Here it means six real suites, every one with its own bath, and a rooftop big enough for the whole group to watch the sun come out of the sea together.
What you'll experience
Slow breakfasts with the bay in front, afternoons split between the pool and the sand, and evenings on that rooftop. We can have a private chef cooking while the group settles in, and the van waiting on the days you want the ruins or a cenote.
