The way we see it

This is not a villa in Tulum. It is a stretch of coast where the road ends in jungle, the beach is almost always yours and the evenings are lit by candles. The property was built around well-being: linen sheets, sunrise over the sea from the house and sunset over the lagoon.

It suits groups who come to rest, to reconnect or to share a retreat, and families who want time together far from the noise. Privacy and nature are the luxury here, more than service in the style of a hotel.

Sian Ka'an, origin of the sky

In Maya, Sian Ka'an means «origin of the sky». The reserve was declared in 1986 and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987. It protects about 528,000 hectares of tropical forest, mangroves, marshes and lagoons, and a marine area crossed by the barrier reef, home to more than 300 species of birds.

Staying at its edge means waking up between the sea and the jungle, with very few neighbors and almost no light at night. The property sits next to the reserve, about 40 minutes from the Tulum hotel zone.

The property has its own team on site and a kitchen with a menu inspired by local ingredients and focused on health. Evenings are lit by candles, which helps the deep, restful sleep the property is known for.
