The way we see it
This condo does one thing and does it completely: the sea. One level, direct beach access, and an architecture that steps aside so the water can do the talking. No stairs, no hallways between you and the horizon, the architecture simply gets out of the way.

Single-level oceanfront is the shape we recommend for trips where grandparents come along, or for couples who want the sea as a roommate. When the glass opens, the room and the bay share one floor.
What you'll experience
The day is governed by that glass wall: open at dawn for coffee with the water, open at night for the sound of it. The water is calm, the condo sits inside Puerto Aventuras, a gated community with 24-hour security, and everything else: chef, cart, boats. We bring to the door.
