The way we see it
The villa takes its cue from the Miami Beach Mid-Century Modern of the 1950s. Fifteen bedrooms in five layouts open onto terraces and balconies, with a hammock in every bedroom and the pool and bar at the center.
Why we recommend it
It gives one group a whole property: each couple or family has a private bedroom and bathroom, and the pool, the bar and the gardens are just for you. It works for a wedding, a milestone birthday, a retreat or a holiday among friends.
The bedrooms
Fifteen bedrooms in five layouts, each with its own bathroom, for up to 40 guests. Tell us who is coming and we suggest how to share them.
- 2 ground-floor suites. 30 m², with a king bed, a small living area, a bathtub and a covered terrace with a hammock.
- 4 king suites. 30 m², with a king bed and a terrace or balcony.
- 4 double suites. 30 m², with two double beds and a terrace or balcony.
- 4 terrace suites. On the upper floor, 22 m², with a king bed and a private terrace of 13 m².
- 1 main suite. With its own entrance and private stairs, a king bed, a sofa bed and a terrace of more than 100 m².
In every bedroom: air conditioning and a ceiling fan, blackout blinds, a safe, Wi-Fi, a minibar, a Nespresso machine and a hammock.
The villa is rented complete. Rates depend on dates, the length of your stay and the size of your group.

Yes. The villa works for weddings, celebrations, retreats and private events. Tell us what you are planning and we coordinate the details with you: music, food and drinks, setup and suppliers.
Children are welcome. Cribs may be available upon request and are subject to property confirmation. The bedrooms are set up without extra beds, so we plan how to share them with you: the double suites have two double beds and the main suite adds a sofa bed.
In La Veleta, on the town side of Tulum, minutes from the beach. We arrange private transportation for the group to the beach, the ruins and dinners.
Check-in is from 3 pm and there is free parking on site. We coordinate private transportation from Cancún airport, about 1 h 40 away, or from Tulum airport.
Every bedroom has Wi-Fi. If your group needs to work during the stay, tell us and we check the connection with the property.
The two suites on the ground floor are the best choice for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
The villa is pet-free. For smoking, we confirm the current policy with you before you book.
