The way we see it
This is the house you book when the whole group travels together and nobody wants to split across two rentals. Eight bedrooms, every one of them a suite, and a garden big enough that the eighteen of you are never in the same corner at the same time.
The pool runs sixty feet down the middle of that garden, with a Jacuzzi at one end and loungers along the deck. It sets the rhythm of the day: slow in the morning, loud by the afternoon, and quiet again once the fire pit is lit.
Why we recommend it
Because it behaves like a small hotel while staying a private house. A chef kitchen with a bar, a cinema lounge with its own air conditioning and projector, a sound system, and staff who are there every day. For a birthday, a bachelorette, a retreat or a wedding weekend, that combination does the work that a venue and a hotel would do separately.
What you will experience
Mornings around the pool and breakfast on the long table under the covered terrace. Afternoons split between the water, the lounge and the garden. Evenings with a private chef, if you add one, cooking in front of you, and the fire pit going afterwards. The town is close enough to walk into for dinner when the group wants to go out.

The house hosts weddings and events for up to 80 guests as a venue, coordinated with a professional wedding planner. Each event is quoted for its dates, guest count and requirements.

Groups of up to eighteen travelling together: birthdays, bachelorettes, retreats, family reunions and wedding weekends. It also works for a smaller group that simply wants the whole house.
Questions we hear often
The primary suite has one king bed and two singles, and the other seven are king suites. Three of those seven convert to twin beds. Tell us your exact group and we map the beds before you book.
From January 11 to May 3 the house is USD 2,000 a night, and from May 4 to December 22, USD 1,600. From December 23 to 28 it is USD 1,800, and from December 29 to January 10, USD 4,000. The minimum stay is three nights, and five over Christmas and New Year. We confirm the rate for your dates in writing.
Kosher arrangements and a kosher chef can be organized on request, subject to requirements and availability.
Yes, for up to 80 guests, coordinated with a professional wedding planner. Send us the date and the number of guests and we confirm the quote and the conditions with the house before you plan anything.
A private chef can join your stay for up to three meals a day, quoted separately from the nightly rate. Groceries are billed separately, and bartenders or extra service staff are booked on their own.
La Veleta is inland, so the beach is a short drive rather than a walk. Tulum town is the closer side, and we can arrange transport for both.
