Mobile IV Therapy

IV hydration and vitamin drips at your hotel, villa or vacation rental in the Riviera Maya. We coordinate the service; a nursing professional assesses, prepares and administers every session.

What mobile IV therapy is

Mobile IV therapy means a nursing professional brings the IV to where you are staying, instead of you going to a clinic. Fluids with vitamins and minerals are given through a small line in the arm while you rest in your room, suite, villa or vacation rental.

We arrange the booking, the timing and the logistics with you. The nursing team is responsible for the health assessment, the choice of drip and its administration. We are not a medical provider.

Why travelers request it

After a long day in the sun, an intense excursion, a demanding travel day or a night out, some travelers look for hydration and recovery support without leaving their accommodation. The most common moments we hear about:

  • After a celebration, a wedding, a bachelor or bachelorette party, or a night out
  • After heat, sun and long outdoor days
  • After tennis, golf, running, cycling, the gym or a very active day on the water
  • After a long flight, little sleep or a busy travel schedule
  • When the pace of the trip leaves you feeling tired and you want to rest in your room

These are reasons people ask for the service, not a diagnosis. Whether an IV is right for you is decided by the nurse after the health assessment.

The drips we can arrange

These five drips are the starting point. Ingredients and times are the ones the nursing team publishes; the final formula is confirmed by the nurse for each person.

Energy & vitality

45–60 min

Offered as support for energy and general well-being.

Travelers often ask for it after a long journey, short nights or a packed, active holiday.

Complex B, magnesium, trace elements

Results vary from person to person; no specific effect is guaranteed.

After a night out

About 45 min

Hydration with vitamins and minerals after a night of drinking or celebrating.

Often requested the morning after a wedding, a bachelor or bachelorette party, or a night of nightlife.

B-complex, minerals, vitamin A, vitamin C

It does not remove alcohol from the body or treat alcohol poisoning. The nurse assesses you before giving it.

Immune support

About 60 min

Positioned by the nursing team as nutritional support for the immune system, with hydration.

Some travelers ask for it during a long or demanding trip.

Electrolytes, glutathione, complex B, selenium, vitamin C

It does not prevent or treat infections, colds, flu or any illness.

Beauty & glow

60–75 min

A wellness drip that the nursing team orients to skin and beauty care.

A choice for a spa-style afternoon at the villa, alone or with friends.

Electrolytes, vitamin B12, B-complex, vitamin C, zinc, L-glutathione

No detox, rejuvenation or skin result is promised.

Sport & active recovery

About 60 min

Hydration and recovery support around physical activity.

Useful after golf, tennis, running, cycling, the gym, long excursions or a full day of water activities.

Electrolytes, taurine, vitamin B6, magnesium

It does not repair muscles or improve sports performance by itself.

How it works

  1. Request. You tell us where you are staying, the date and time that suits you, and which drip interests you.
  2. Health assessment. Before the session you complete a confidential health questionnaire directly with the nursing team. We do not collect your medical information.
  3. Personalization. With your answers and your goal, the nurse confirms whether an IV is appropriate and adjusts the formula at their professional discretion.
  4. In-room session. A nursing professional arrives at your hotel, villa or vacation rental with the equipment needed.
  5. IV administration. The drip runs while you rest; standard sessions take about 45 to 75 minutes.

What to expect

  • A nursing professional who assesses you and administers every session.
  • Care in English, Spanish or French.
  • Everything needed is brought to your room: you only need a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
  • Standard drips take about 45 to 75 minutes.
  • The formula can be adjusted by the nurse to your profile and goal.
  • NAD+ available on request.

Service area

IV therapy is available in Playa del Carmen, Playacar, Puerto Aventuras, Xpu-Há, Akumal, Tulum and nearby areas of the Riviera Maya. The nurse comes to hotels, private villas, vacation rentals, residences and wellness retreats, and also aboard yachts.

Sessions run Monday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Same-day appointments depend on availability.

Important to know

IV therapy requires a professional assessment first. Eligibility and the final formula are always decided by the nurse.

This is a wellness service, not emergency care. If you or someone in your group has severe symptoms, such as confusion, fainting, difficulty breathing, intense pain, persistent vomiting or signs of serious illness, seek urgent medical attention right away.

Questions we hear often

Not for the standard hydration and vitamin drips on this page. You complete a confidential health questionnaire with the nursing team before the session, and the nurse decides whether the IV is appropriate.

Yes. The nurse comes to your room or suite.

Yes, to private villas, vacation rentals and residences in the service area.

Yes, it is one of the most common requests. The nurse assesses you first. If symptoms are severe, the right place is urgent medical care, not an IV at the hotel.

Standard drips take about 45 to 75 minutes, depending on the drip.

Tell us how many people and where you are staying, and we confirm availability and timing with the nursing team for each session.
