The way we see it
Pura Vida is the answer when the group outgrows a catamaran. Eighty feet of classic motor yacht, a shaded salon with air conditioning and an open deck where eighty people still have room to move.
It leaves from the Puerto Aventuras marina, so the day starts five minutes from where we work.
Why we recommend it
A group of forty on a catamaran spends the day negotiating space. On a yacht this size the same forty spread across three areas: the salon when the sun is high, the sun beds when it drops, and the bar in between. That is what the extra feet actually buy.
What you'll experience
You board in the canal at Puerto Aventuras, and the yacht makes its way out past the mangrove to open water. From there the day is yours: the reef with snorkel gear, the paddleboards off the stern, the karaoke when the group asks for it, and the coast going by.
Getting there
Departs from the Puerto Aventuras marina, about 20 minutes from Playa del Carmen, 40 from Tulum and 1 h 20 from Cancún. The exact meeting point comes with your written confirmation, and we arrange the ride to the marina, quoted by your pickup point.

Each charter is private, your group and the crew. Additional guests: USD 75 per person. The two- and three-hour charters are quoted for your date.

Rates
From $2,099 USD for the private yacht, 4 hours of snorkel, all inclusive for up to 15 guests. Additional guests USD 75 each. The Puerto Aventuras marina fee, USD 20 per guest from age 5, is paid separately. We confirm availability and the total for your date and group in writing before you book.
Booking
- A 50% deposit reserves the yacht.
- The balance and the marina fees are paid before departure, on the day of your charter.
On charter day

- What to bring: swimsuit, a towel and biodegradable sunscreen.
- Marina transfers: we arrange them, quoted by your pickup point.
