It sails from a marina in Cancún's Hotel Zone, the natural starting point if you are staying in Cancún, and the six-hour charters cross the bay to Isla Mujeres.
Your charter options

- 4 hours, by day or at sunset: open bar and a snack per guest.
- 6 hours without lunch: open bar, snorkel and a sail across the bay between Cancún and Isla Mujeres.
- 6 hours with lunch: open bar, snorkel and lunch at a beach club on the south side of Isla Mujeres.
Getting there
Departs from a marina in Cancún's Hotel Zone. The exact meeting point and time come with your written confirmation, and we arrange private transportation to the marina, quoted by your pickup point.

For 26 to 30 guests, we confirm the rate with your quote.
Extra hour: USD 232, or USD 290 on the 6-hour charter with lunch. The marine park and dock fee, USD 20 per guest from age 5, is paid separately. When you book, we confirm availability and the total for your date in writing.

Before you book
- Booking: a 50% deposit reserves the charter, at the latest one month before; the balance is due 15 days before. Charters booked within 15 days are paid in full.
- Cancellation: 25% of the charter from 72 hours before, 50% from 24 hours before and 100% on charter day.
- Port closure: if the Harbor Master closes the port on your date, you receive a 100% refund.
- Weather: with the port open, the charter sails, and the order and length of each stop follow the conditions of the day.
- Marine park and dock fee: USD 20 per guest from age 5, paid separately. You can prepay it with your booking.
On charter day
- Departure: a marina in Cancún's Hotel Zone. The exact point and time come with your written confirmation.
- Departure times: day or sunset for the 4-hour charter, daytime for the 6-hour charters, subject to availability.
- Marina transfers: private round trip from your hotel or villa, quoted by your pickup point.
